STATUS : NEGOTIATED RULEMAKING PROCESS COMPLETED IN 2023

With the passage of SB 1049, the Idaho Department of Lands will hold negotiated rulemaking, which is the process of interested parties and the agency seeking consensus on contents of the rule. The schedule is as follows :

Process begins June 7, 2023

Public meetings held on 6/22/23 and 7/10/23

Written comments on draft rule will be accepted until 7/19/23.
